硅橡胶的特性

1. 高温性能。硅橡胶的显着特点是其高温稳定性。仍能保持200℃以上的高温。具有一定的柔韧性、回弹性和表面硬度，机械性能无明显变化。
2. 低温性能。硅橡胶的玻璃化转变温度一般为-70~-50℃，特殊配方可达-100℃，表明其具有优良的低温性能。这对航空航天工业意义重大。
3. 抗衰老。耐候硅橡胶中的 Si O-Si 键对氧气、臭氧和紫外线辐射非常稳定。不含任何添加剂，具有优良的耐候性。
4. 电气性能。硅橡胶具有优良的绝缘性能和优异的耐电弧性。
5. 耐油和耐化学性。普通硅橡胶具有中等的耐油性和耐溶剂性。
6. 透气性。在常温下，硅橡胶对空气、氮气、氧气、二氧化碳等气体的渗透性比天然橡胶高30-50倍。
