特征
硅橡胶条具有优良的伸长率和温度稳定性，在狭小的空间内被压缩和拉伸，确保转角处密封严密。当其他橡胶材料变脆时，它们在零度以下的温度下也表现良好，这会降低胶条的有效性。也可采用食品级、耐高温、阻燃等特种硅胶材料制成。
